Information Technology Shin-Shing R&D center focuses on three aims. Firstly, it aims to implement and facilitate the use of information technology in school. Secondly, it aims to enable the students to successfully access information by using Internet and multi-media technology for their studies. Thirdly, it aims to enable the teachers to utilize information technology in the teaching process.
Shin-Shing R&D center has been the base of the Bulletin Board System (BBS) of Taoyuan County, which is the project of the Educational Information System of Tawain Province. It provides the teachers and students in Taoyuan County with opportunities to explore the benefits of the Internet for teaching and learning at the secondary schools.

Aviation Technology
     Shin-Shing R&D center focuses on two aims. Firstly, it aims to promote the relationship with native or foreign airlines or aircraft schools in terms of curriculum design and internship. Secondly, it aims to collect innovated information, and to implement strategies to enhance teaching and learning in terms of avionics and aircraft maintenance.

     With the support from R&D center, both Avionics and Aircraft Maintenance departments, started in 1990, have been making impressive growth in the aviation maintenance education.
